NEVER FORGET TO SECURE YOURSELF DURING YOUR SESSIONS .

In the night as in the day. as for all competitions, the traffic is not neutralized .

But during the training no security agent is there to signalize to the cars that there are walkers proceeding . So be carreful for them

** BY COLD WEATHER**

Cover your head and your hands.the ends thus. I used a polar bonnet and gloves

For your clothing I leave you the choice.

There is now a rather large range, all confused marks. I used polar for the top of the body with a Tee-shirt below.

On the other hand do not leave too much not covered. When you stop it is sure that you are cold, but as soon as there is movement, your body is heating, and sometimes overheating.

And at that moment the meeting can be painful. Test various clothing you bough.

The training is used therefor, not the competition. For your feet, it is not useful to put thicknesses

You hydrate. Take along what it is necessary. We desiccate ourselves more quickly when the weather is cold.

** RAIN OR FOG **

When your meetings are carried out under the rain or in the fog, there is also today a foultitude of adequate clothing.

Waterproofed, breathing.

There too I leave you the free choice. On the other hand carry clear colors, or then a chasuble with reflective bands.

You will be correctly seen, and moreover it is a protection. On the other hand, you do not cover the feet. It is not bicycle.

Let have fun with the water puddle pools, it will be enough to dry them while returning.

FF A council for the shoes, ridges to dry them with newspaper inside. You stuff them with, paper will absorb.

** NIGHT **

There too you should wear clothing with reflective bands.

I do not have any instruction to give to you, except the one of rain or fog to be respected scrupulously.

If you walk in the evening late or the night, spare yourself. You do not agress yourself during these meetings, except if they take place before your working day, if not it is not necessary that your meetings are aggressive with the organization, you will have difficulties to sleep afterwards.

** BY THE HEAT **

Carry a cap. Clear clothing.

There too I leave you free choice.

There is only the embarrassment of the choice. But never forget that you are training and that there you still prepare your future competitions (100 Kms, 200 Kms, Châlons-Colmar, Promotion, Paris Colmar).

Each individual is different according to his skin and reacts differently to heat.

I am red-headed. I carried out my meetings while sticking long, or short (seldom) if the weather were very hot.

At the top I carried a ventilated white shirt, with long sleeves. That appeared odd to people who saw me, but I was not in a fashion parade, I prepared Paris Colmar.

For the athletes who will make the woman or men competition of the month (Châlons Colmar, Promotion or Paris Colmar), never remove your spirit that the selection competitions will be practised most of the time in the cold, the rain, wind etc, and that often in June the weather is nice, hot.

And you will be more than one ten under the sun. Thus you prepare consequently.

That is to say to put the skin under the conditions or then (and it is often the case) wear during your training clothing which you will have on in June.
